Any UW item can drop from banshees in the Wailing Forest of FoW.
Quest Chests can drop any item that still is in the game data.

Ring Of Fire Islands Chests
Swamp Club
Magma's Arm
Magma Shield
Mursaat Hornbow
Mursaat Hammer
Titan Armour
Sephis Axe {Unconfirmed}
Serpent Axe {Unconfirmed}

The 2 {Unconfirmed} are ones I have heard that drop, but have not seen for myself.

I've had a purple Dead Bow from a THK chest, and a Gold Storm Bow from a FoW chest near the banshees.

Brute Swords can be dropped almost everywhere .. saw a lot but not max dmg :/
Summit Shields/Axe etc max can be easily dropped by all Southern Shiverpeaks monster lvl 24+ especially dwarves and Siege Ice Golem

Same for Fellblades

I saw a few Eternal Bow drops in fow on shadows while doing the first quest.. dunno if it's still possible.. it's been a long while
